[pct-l] Garmin GPS watch

My husband kindly bought me a Garmin wrist watch that is GPS and many other features, apparently mainly for runners. We are both very disappointed to read the batter life is only 10 hours. These are not stand "batteries". There is a dock the watch sits in and then that connects to an electrical out let via two USP ports.

I have read in the past about a recharging device some hikers have used to recharge things such as phones while on the trail. Can anyone tell me about the device and whether it might be applicable to my watch?
