[pct-l] Sierra pics up to Mammoth

Hey hey hey

We've made it to Mammoth yesterday. Mostly snow is at or near 9800 or  
above so far and lakes are frozen. We highly recommend ice axe for  
passes. We were extra cautious with crampons.

Make sure not to wear pants through fords and don't cross over your  
feet during them.
