I differ.  The trail cookies were made from the hiker cake recipe posted
here in December, except instead of making a cake, I made drop cookies.

 Another name for these are "road apples".  They're produced primarily by
horses.  Let them
 dry, blanket with a heavy coating of surgary glaze and voila, Organic Power
Trail Cookies.
