I am so sorry, message 7 from the Digest messages is a virus-spam thing that got attached to my email contact list.  I have deleted all my contacts (after printing them out) so no more messages can go out like this.  I am trying to clean my computer and fix the mess.  Sorry to add this to all your messages.  Please do NOT click on the website.  It is vulgar.  Sorry.
