Maybe you haven't spent much time in Oregon or Washington, when the need for
bug repellent is 24 hours a day anytime the snowpack is melting or has
melted within the last month. Of course, as for sunscreen, it usually seems
better to risk skin cancer than provide a stationary mosquito target.
