[pct-l] Water Issues

I will be leaving from Walker Pass NB on Sept. 1 and am concerned about the
first 13 mile waterless section.  Does anyone know if it is possible to
plant a water cache somewhere in this area?  Any backroads that would lead
to the PCT during this stretch?   Talking about Walker Pass to Joshua Tree
Spring, mile 651.4 thru 664.1.  I have the updated water report dated
7/9/10.  Thanks ahead of time for advice.
