I want everyone to know it is National Junk Food Day.  Everyone should buy a nice donut, etc. and gulp it down in one bite – the chocolate donuts at StraBucks are especially good.  This is a long standing and time honored PCT hiker tradition.  I had a mini-Milky Way bar this morning to celebrate after I ate some organic cereal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
