[pct-l] Hat Creek Rim - Water Caches Present? Stocked?

Trying calling Firefly in Old Station or stopping by the Hideaway when you start your trip.  She usually knowns the status of the 2 caches.  The hiking in that section is very easy if it wasn't for the hot exposed conditions often found in summer.  It was more pleasant hiking there last October then it would have been in early August when the fire happened.  You might consider hiking in the early/late hours of the day and skipping over the mid-day if you are concerend for your daughter.  While there isn't alot of shade, there are still a few trees to take shelter under.
