[pct-l] PCT/CDT Handbook and Bandana availability July & August

Hello all - I'll be hiking for about four weeks and will be unable to send
out Handbook and Bandana orders while I'm on the trail.  I'll be gone from
July 16 to August 17.  So, if you'd like to get your hands on a Handbook or
Bandana, please order in the next couple of days.  All orders received while
I'm gone will be mailed approximately August 18.
