Flat Rate boxes may cost more to mail then sending it regular priority
mail if you are only bouncing it a short distance (say a week or two
ahead). I used the largest Priority Mail Box (non-flat rate) and it was
cheaper to mail forward then the the smaller Large Sizse Flat Rate Box.
