[pct-l] fire permit

Make sure you change the expiration date to read December 31, 2010 instead 
of 2009 as it reads now on the downloadable permit.

In looking at the permit stuff on the PCT website, I find no link to the 
permit I've heard one needs for stove/fire use. Anyone got the link?
