Okay, that should about do it.

All the webcams are listed in south-to-north order.  I've also added the
webcams to the Google Earth pct.kmz, (which can be downloaded here:
http://www.planyourhike.com/maps/ge/pct.kmz)

Someone built a snowman in front of the Yosemite cam.
