[pct-l] Start Dates

I'm starting sometime during the week after the KO, maybe May 1. I am
training, but I don't plan to push too much early on. Weather and snow will
dictate a lot, too. If it seems like I may miss the window to get to Manning
Park, I'll flip-flop. Not ideal, but certainly an option. Being from
Portland, it might be nice to finish in Cascade Locks.
