[pct-l] Tahoe conditions

Here in Crescent City, CA the wind is howling and the rain comes down
in spurts. We are in the midst of a big storm patch per the NOAA radar
images. For Deems over in the moutains looks like he is getting lots of
rain or snow there too.
This one came in to late for me to go out and try my tents. But there
are more on the way.
