Doesn't matter if you or Lulu or anyone take any money or not, once you take 
it out of his hands it's not his anymore and if it's copyrighted and he 
didn't give permission then it's not OK.

Since the advent of the internet people seem to think that once something is 
out there that it is up for grabs. Not true.
