In-step? 4 or 6 pt, problem I have is not toe spikes so they are great for level & down hill but rotten for uphill. I'm going to be trying the Kahtoola microspikes this year. They worked great in the little bit of snow we have in December. Never done Yatrax... ruffwork The road goes ever on and on....
