[pct-l] Snow south of Kennedy Meadows

Snow was observed above about 5200 feet South of Tehachapi.  In places between mile markers 503-507 (mostly patches) and 547-554 (deeper fields of snow experienced, some places over two feet deep) on February 13 and 14.  Average speed through snow was about 8 miles a day, 20+ miles when there was no snow.  Hiked from Tehachapi to Agua Dulce.  Hope to continue south after getting some new gear to test out.
