[pct-l] Surface mail - Gas Canisters

I don't think the Post Office allows them, but you should ask.  



I asked that specific question at a local UPS store two days ago.  They will allow matches and Bic lighters but no fuel canisters, no alcohol fuel in bottles, no gasoline.  Also no firearms.
