[pct-l] Tarp in Washington?

Okay. I'm getting a bit ahead of myself. I have yet to make it north of I-80 on the trail. But. I'm thinking of Washington. And rain. And tarps. The question, you ask: if you have used a tarp in Washington, is that what you would do again? Why? Thank you.
