[pct-l] resupply from the hiker box at Muir Trail Ranch

A few miles away from the Muir Trail Ranch is Florence Lake, which has a set up like
Vermillion Valley Resort - boat ride, general store, but no restaurant that I can recall.
It's probably 4 or 5 miles off the trail, but if you're REALLY hungry or in trouble.... 
One word or caution:  I believe that Florence Lake is being drained in 2010, so possibly
no boat ride.
