[pct-l] caching - how to do it

I think a lot of people don't realize that people who want to cache usually
want to do it only in one or two areas along the PCT... not along the entire
route.  Also, the people who who want to cache usually aren't hiking the PCT
in the same fashion as 90% of the rest of the PCT thru-hikers.

It's usually only people who will be in the desert late (and/or during a
drought season) and people who have are doing somthing "weird" near the
Canadian border... probably due to a border crossing issue.
