Good afternoon, all,

I’ve come to rely upon Winco for bulk foods, many of which I previously
dried or prepared at home. I particularly like the cheese powder and the
dehydrated refried bean powder. The cheese powder is equivalent to the
yellow stuff that is packed with Mac-’n-Cheese, and it can be added to just
about any of the various hiker-glop concoctions, hot or cold.

I carry each in a snack-size Ziploc bag, and after adding water I seal the
bag and kneed to mix it. Often I mix the cheese and the bean stuff to make
a cold sauce or dip to eat with my lunch bread, crackers, or chips.
