[pct-l] Snow in 2010

I have no opinion about spikes or yaks, but down here in California
the snow is normal or above and another winter storm warning has been
issued for this weekend.

I think it's too soon to say 2010 will be a low snow year. We have
almost twice the snow now as we did this time in 2009 (which was
indeed a low snow year).
