As an alternative to mailing cash (which is also an uncertain proposition),
you can make donations to the PCTA at http://www.pcta.org/help/donate.asp .

Hi first of i would like to thank everyone for the advice on phones, we have
gone with a simple phone unlocked so we can use an american sim card but i
also got a garmin foretex 301 for gps purposes. Im sending our permit
request forms of today and im wondering if sending the donation in cash
would be ok? i just dont like the idea of my credit card details getting
lost in the post.
