[pct-l] Phones

I have the Solio and it works great. Not sure how much it weighs but it doesn't
feel like much. It has the option to charge and store power by the sun, wall
charge, or USB charge which makes it pretty convenient. it also give a rough
estimate of how much power is stored in it. It's pretty small and comes with a
clip so you can hook it to the outside of your pack during the day. All in all
it does the job.

It looks like Solio Chargers will work as well. I particularly like the fact
this charger stores power, so you can charge your phone later in the day.
