[pct-l] Equipment recommendation for BIG shoes/hiking boots

Does anyone have any recommendations for big shoes/hiking boots that
work well on the PCT?

I normally wear a size 18 Nike running shoe (Nikes tend to run a bit
small, with other brands I'm usually a 17).

New Ballance doesn't make the 80X trail shoes in any sizes larger than
15, and if you look at websites like zappos for hiking boots your
pretty much limited to nada.

I will gladly order though a specialty store... I just need a good
recommendation.
