[pct-l] Calif Section N at end of March/early April??

I agree that Georgi Firefly in Old Station would know first hand in 
March/April 2011 if you can hike it.  It is a desert type section with no 
water, possibly sitting in a snow shadow, and can't be compared to trail 
sections only a few miles north or south of it with snow levels.  I hiked it 
over MemDay 2008 on a cold rainy weekend, but hit no snow.  Water caches may 
not be updated, and some of it burned hard in 2009.  In 2008, I drove across 
the HCrim and set my own water supplies when I hiked there.  Your question 
will be better answered nearer to April 2011.

Might there be someone on the list the would know...  what is the situation
w/re Hat Creek Rim the last week of March/the first week of April (in terms
of snow on the ground)?
