I would love to get some advice about buying a camera for my 2011 thru-hike.
I am looking for one that is light-weight, durable, $150 range, takes good
(doesn't have to be excellent) pictures, and is easy to use.
Also, what have you done about memory cards?
Thanks!
Ethan
hello ethan i would second the cannon powershot series. they are great
cameras, light, cheap $180 and work great. i only use the lithium batteries
as they last way longer than alkaline. as for memory i think i will get
several cards and ship them to certain spots and ship the full ones home.
