  You people are tough.  Shoes that are as wide as they are long, some of you talking about going without shoes.  I'm beginning to think that my little "hot poker" type pain in the ped is not really THAT bad.  You have convinced me (praise God) that I should not get a cortisone shot.  I'm working diligently on my posture (no more chimpanzee type behavior) and trying to be very aware of how my feet land.  Seriously,  thank you all for your comments.
