[pct-l] sleeping pads and Manning Pk

 I wanted to ship a box to Manning, called them prior to my trip this year, and they said they do not accept packages. 

Re the sleeping pads, I have also had puncture problems and have resorted to using a $6 blue pad from Walmart. Its slightly lighter than a Z rest and feels better cause its solid instead of bumpy.
