When we finished in Sept 2000 the desk clerk at the resort asked if we were 
Bob and Sue (I obviously don't remember their names). The resort was holding 
a bottle of champagne for them to commemorate their completing the PCT. It 
sounds like they might hold a package for hikers.

There isn't much at Manning--the resort and restaurant, ranger station and
that's about it. You would probably want to call the resort and ask them
about holding a package for you.  WARNING: Canada Post can be VERY SLOW!
