[pct-l] Campsites north of highway 20

Hi,

Later this month, we are going to hike the north most section of PCT
starting from High Bridge (Stehekin). From the maps we have,  there are
campsites along the trail until highway 20. After pass highway 20 entering
the Okanogan National Forest area, campsites seem scattered that I don't see
any campsite within 10 or 15 miles in some sections. Is there a list of
campsite on the trail somewhere? Or can we just camp whereever we want? We'd
appreciate any campsite suggestions.
