[pct-l] RESOULED on the Pacific Crest Trail - DVD

Does anyone know John Oldford's current contact info?  I think his trailname was Phantasm?  His website (resouled.com) dissapeared around 2008.  If he can be contacted, I'm sure he'd be glad to sell a copy. 

I bought my copy back in 2006.  I liked Walking the West a little better, but overall, Resouled was a nice documentary and worth watching.
