Dear Richard Border:
I just stayed at Hikerown at the end of March. No Trace, Billygoat and Unbreakable were also there. They are open to overnighters and I also had a package sent there. There were no "hours " for their "post office"--it is just their address that the packages come to and they are there all of the time. You can access it at the gate just north of hwy 138.
The property is quite large and includes a converted garage with shower, sofabeds and a kitchen for hikers. They are impossible to miss--they are the place on the NE corner of hwy 138 and Neenach School Road (which parallels the PCT north of Hwy 138). If you're going NoBo--just look to the NE when you hit Hwy 138--that is Hikertown. They have a lot of old west style "false fronts" on small buildings which are hard to miss. Bob Mayon was there, but was very busy with renovating some storage units on the property. He let me use his computer while I was there.
