I'm not knowledgeable on this subject, but there are obviously millions of
gallons of dangerous stuff that is shipped down the highways of America
every day. Gasoline, chemical fertilizers, cleaning solvents, M&Ms bound for
Aqua Dulce, etc. Explosives, corrosives, you-name-it. There must be a
different set of regulations for COMMERCIAL vs. consumer shipping.
