[pct-l] Payment Options - Debit Cards

I carried just an ATM card.  Used cash back when buying groceries.  I think
I may have had to use an ATM once to get cash.

I would just get enough cash back to restock my typical carrying cash.
Somewhere just over $100.  Most places took Debit cards and minimum
purchases were maybe $10 at most - for a hungry hiker that is not a problem
at any store.
