[pct-l] PCT conditions S. of Belden

Does anyone know the status of the PCT just south of Belden (Bucks Lake Wilderness)?
Last year the trail from elevation 5400 to 3800 was incredibly overgrown with manzanita. I had heard there was trail work done in that area. Has it been cleared?
Also, does anyone know the snow conditions for that section this time of year, say up about 5400 feet elevation?
