[pct-l] Helping Hand in El Cajon?

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a little guidance to the trailhead from El Cajon.  I'm planning on taking the transit bus to Campo, from there hitching to Morena campground unless there is an easier option.  My newbie friend and I are scheduled to arrive by greyhound at 1:30pm April 30.  Thank you!
