[pct-l] PCT '09 Google Map Update

The Postholer PCT Google Map trace has been updated for 2009!

This USFS kml has roughly 25% more data. The trail trace detail has gone 
from great to phenomenal. It is truly spectacular!

Without the massive resources of the USFS, maintaining this data simply 
would not be possible. So a huge thanks to these folks for making this data 
available to the public.

The new trail trace is visible on all maps at postholer, be it the maps 
page, journal maps, whatever.
