[pct-l] Conditions in March in sections f and part of g

Hi,

I'm a section hiker and am looking at hiking sections from hwy 58 near Tehachapi Pass to hwy 178 at Walker Pass, or hopefully on to Kennedy Meadows.  I'll be hiking around work schedules and the summer heat, so I'm hoping to go in late March.  Would anyone know what the conditions are like then? I'd rather have it cold than hot, but want it to be safe and doable.
