[pct-l] PCT Closure

The PCT on the San Bernardino NF is closed from Interstate 15 westward to 
the boundary between the San Bernardino National Forest and the Angeles 
National Forest.  The PCT on the San Bernardino National Forest east of 
Interstate 15 is open.
