[pct-l] pct section d -3 to 8 inches of snow

PCT section D Blueridge to burkhart trail received 3 to 10 inches of snow.
some areas may have more, but 3 inches minimum.
hwy 2 section from Mountain high ski resort at big pines highway, to Vincents
gap may close soon depending on snow depth as it does every year in Dec. or on
the first significant snow storm, every year because of avalanches. 
Never get used to this, its kind of odd to stand in 10 inches of snow, and see
the beaches area of Los Angeles, and Catalina Island.
Gotta love California.
