My girlfriend wore a brand new pair of Keens on our trip into the Kaweahs a couple of summers ago. We did a bit of cross-country up to Glacier Pass, but most of it was on a trail of some sort. They performed well on the scramble up the Black Kaweah, but at the end of the trip they were falling apart. Literally coming apart at the seams. Gary
