[pct-l] shoes

I second the motion that it more useful to be aware of structural  
anomalies of your feet and and to get a professional observation of  
your gait than just experiment with shoes.  I was amazed at how much I  
didn't know about these two critical supports. I found a great  
podiatrist that wised me up.  For more on this , check out "Walk  
Yourself Well", by Sherry Brourman.  I was able to modifiy my gait  
with the common sense guidance in the book.
