Likewise when I still wore glasses I had a pair of glacier glasses made by
Julbo that were great.  They were standard, off the REI shelf glasses which
had my prescription put in them.

I still don't need them but I was out climbing with a friend last week who
had a pair made by Julbo.
 
Don't know the cost but he was happy with them.
