Philippe's is wonderful.  Some people don't get it, as part of it is a  
history thing.

For me, it's also a sort of pilgrimage.  My dad went there starting in  
the 40's and took me there since I was about 8 years old, so I've been  
going for 4 decades!

Go easy on the mustard.  Just trust me on this one...  ;-)
