Section C should be nice, if windy and a bit cold, but snow is milting and the sky is clear. 
 
I was hiking south of that Sunday, from Barrel Springs to Warner Springs.  It was windy!  ...but worm.  And the flowers!  Oh my god!  The fields of yellow flowers were everywhere.  Just beautiful!  If you haven't gotten "out there" yet, it's certainly time to do so.
