Ibuprofen stopped my thru hike last year. I got dehydrated and my stomach
started to bleed. I used my American Alpine Rescue Insurance and called for
a rescue. I was airlifted from Purple Lake in the Sierras on July 2nd. I
spent one night in the hospital and the rest of the summer anemic. I had to
go home reluctantly. Now I am a big section hiker - hope to do over 500
miles this year. OneStep. Linda
