[pct-l] ADZPCTKO Registration

Due to challenging economic conditions, we've had some cutbacks in our IT
department and we no longer have a staff of hundreds. Steel-Eye is thinking
of the ADZPCTKO Data Center back in the glory days.

Nonetheless, the full crew is working this weekend to keep that massive
registration database up to date.
