Only for Scott.

Scott does a lot of great stuff for the PCT community but he must have ate
some bad shrooms or something when he last attended the kickoff (if he ever
has), because it's NOTHING like what he claims.  You'd be hard pressed to
find a more selfless, generous, good-hearted group of people anywhere.

Now, there's a more abstract debate as to whether the kickoff has a net
negative effect on the trail, due to the herd effect, and there are good
arguments on both sides there.  (Gee, it's about time to open that can of
worms again, isn't it?)  But money-grubbing?!?!?  No way, not a bit.
